This is only available for Managers
This SMS Dispatch Number feature allows dispatchers to continue creating new incidents via SMS without internet connection – when 3G/4G/WiFi connections are down but mobile phone service is still available.
To add an SMS Dispatcher:

- On the Settings page, navigate to the Resource Lists section and click View for the SMS Dispatch Numbers
- Enter the Dispatcher or Device’s Name
- Select the Data Center
- Enter the Phone Number, including the international country code
Once your SMS Dispatch Number has been created you will see it listed below where you can Edit or Delete it.
*** You cannot use the same phone number as both a Responder and an SMS Dispatcher.
