Duty Scheduler

Beacon now includes the ability to schedule date and time to go On-Duty or Off-Duty

To create a duty schedule:

  1. Go to the Settings screen
  2. Locate the Availability menu and Press on the Calendar icon
  3. Select the schedule type to create
    1. Go On Duty
    2. Go Off Duty
  4. Pick a date and time, then press OK
  5. Submit when ready

* Additional Notes:

  • Time slot selections are divided into 10 minutes interval between an hour (i.e.: 12:00; 12:10; 12:20…)
  • Beacon will check and execute all pending schedules on your agency account on 10 minutes interval between an hour.


Checking and Deleting upcoming schedules:

  1. Once submitted, upcoming duty schedules will display on the Availability settings header. A Duty Schedule indicator will also be displayed beside the Status icon on the Home Screen while there are duty schedules are pending to be executed.
  2. At this step, pressing the Calendar icon on the Availability settings or the Scheduled Duty indicator on the Home Screen will prompt a dialog showing a list view of upcoming schedules.
  3. Press the Trash icon to delete any duty schedule.
  4. Press the Add +  button to create more duty schedules and follow steps 3 to 5 described above.
  5. Schedule Duty list refresh icon.
