Message 2 in the workflow asks you to confirm when you’re en route to the incident location.

Workflow Message 2: Confirm En Route

1. Response Prompt — Asks you to confirm when you are en route to the incident location
2. Action Buttons
   • Confirm — Informs dispatchers that you are on your way to the incident location
   • Cancel — Informs dispatchers that you are no longer involved in this incident
3. Update Incident Location Button — Assigned responders can update incident location and address details from the app. (Refer to other features section to get more details on how to use this feature)
   • *Responders with Mobile Dispatcher permission will also be able to perform this action.
     *The details of the updated location will be sent to the Incident Chat and the All Chat group.
