Case Reports are designed to let Responders collect protected health information and/or personally identifiable information in a secure manner.
The following characteristics are incorporated into the Case Report feature:
- HIPAA-compliant
- Data encryption in transit and at rest
- Audit Log accessibility
- Compatible for EMS, Fire and Crisis services (e.g., mental health, domestic violence, substance use etc).
- Syncs automatically with Beacon data (e.g., responder name, incident location, call type, transport destinations, response times etc.)
- Signs and symptoms documentation including timestamps
- Medical intervention documentation including timestamps
- Odometer documentation
- Photo and PDF attachments
- Custom documentation upload
- Digital signatures
- Securely supports multiple users on a shared device
Case Reports is an Add-On Feature of the Beacon Platform and is not enabled by default when users Sign-Up for an Agency Account.
